By engaging in trading activities on Exchangerland, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Risk Acceptance: Vendors assume full responsibility for any risks or liabilities.
Tax Responsibilities: Vendors are solely responsible for handling and settling any tax obligations arising from their transactions.
Dispute Resolution: If an issue arises during a trade, vendors must initiate a dispute and await moderator intervention to resolve the matter.
Non-Reimbursable Losses: Exchangerland is not obligated to compensate vendors for losses resulting from fraudulent activities or escrow fees paid.
Premature Asset Release: Exchangerland bears no responsibility if a vendor releases digital assets before confirming the finality of the payment.
Prohibited Actions
Engaging in the following activities on Exchangerland is strictly forbidden and may lead to account suspension or termination:
Using abusive or inappropriate language
Attempting to impersonate a moderator
Engaging in intentional coin-locking practices
Conducting trades outside of the escrow system
Failing to respond promptly to trade-related communications
Creating multiple accounts without explicit authorization
Reselling gift cards
Sharing off-escrow payment or trade details during a transaction
Attempting to negotiate outside the platform guidelines
Participating in any form of fraudulent behavior
